TSN signs Grey Cup sponsors

Toronto-based specialty channel TSN has signed a series of sponsors for its upcoming broadcast of the Canadian Football League Grey Cup championship game on Oct. 29. Shaw has signed on as the presenting sponsor of the broadcast. Nissan will sponsor a quarter, the halftime show, the pre-game show and TSN's Grey Cup Saturday programming. GMC will sponsor a quarter and the Live at the Half segment. Sirius XM will sponsor the kickoff show. Kal Tire will sponsor the post-game show and the broadcast's closed captioning. In addition, clothing retailer Mark's has signed on as the national title sponsor of TSN Radio's Grey Cup Radio Network.
"The Grey Cup is more than just Canada's biggest annual sporting event, it's one of the most-coveted advertising platforms in the country," said Stewart Johnston, president of TSN. "We're thrilled to welcome so many great brands on board as we showcase the big game to fans across the country."
