RBC, Canadian Tire link loyalty programs

Royal Bank of Canada and Canadian Tire have begun a loyalty program collaboration. Consumers will now be able to link an eligible RBC credit or debit card with their Canadian Tire Triangle Rewards account. Consumers will receive triple loyalty points for qualifying purchases made with this linked card at Canadian Tire, SportChek and Mark's stores. Participants will also receive special offers from RBC’s Avion Rewards loyalty program. Beginning later this year, consumers will be able to convert Avion points to Canadian Tire Money.
