New magazine YouAreUnltd debuts

A new media property called YouAreUnltd has launched in Toronto, aimed at consumers between the ages of 45 and 70 as well as healthcare professionals and companies. The property consists of a quarterly magazine and a digital edition that will be updated daily. According to the company, the publication is aimed at readers who "want to age with vitality" and reject conventional assumptions about growing older. YouAreUnltd is designed and produced by EnsembleIQ Canada.

The publication is sponsored by Shoppers Drug Mart, which will also distribute 170,000 free copies of the magazine through its retail locations in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta. Copies of the magazine will also be included with purchases made at the chain's Wellwise.ca online store. In addition, 10,000 copies will be distibuted to healthcare professionals by direct mail. The property is also sponsored by the Age-Well Network, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Royal Bank of Canada, Royal Bank Insurance, Aphria, Airway Surgical Appliances, Alcon Canada, Amgen Canada, Kimberly-Clark, Merck, Pfizer Vaccines and Sigvaris.

"We've brought together a brilliant community of thought leaders to articulate the latest trends in health and wellness and encourage Canadians to rethink negative, misleading narratives about aging," said David Wright, publisher of YouAreUnltd. "Our aim is to give all people the knowledge and perspective needed to maintain their resilience and independence, so they can live optimistically with passion and celebration."
