Carat Canada of Montreal has promoted Maryse Voyer to the position of account director. She joined the agency in 2006 as an assistant media planner, later becoming a media planner and then a media planning supervisor. Catherine Brousseau has been promoted to the position of media planner. She joined the firm last year as an assistant media planner. Prior to that, she was at OboxMedia. Jean-Philippe Masse has also been promoted to media planner. He joined the agency last year as an assistant media planner. Prior to that, he was at Taxi and Saint-Jacques Vallée Y&R.
