Anomaly promotes Montgomery

Anomaly has promoted Kira Montgomery to the position of executive strategy director and head of strategy communications for North America. She joined the agency four years ago as head of communications strategy at its Toronto office. Prior to that, she was chief communications officer at Juliet. Montgomery has also worked at Grip, Red Lion and Carat Canada.
