Stingray signs cruise ship deal with Anuvu

Montreal-based streaming media company Stingray has signed an agreement with Anuvu, a company based in Santa Ana, CA specializing in providing content to aviation and maritime passengers. Through this agreement, Anuvu will be the distributor of Stingray’s audio and video content to the cruise ship industry. This includes 15 channels of music, concerts and documentaries, as well as ambient video. These will be available to passengers on approximately 300 cruise ships through Anuvu’s MTN-TV service.

“The cruise industry is all about providing unforgettable experiences, and we are thrilled to partner with Anuvu to bring our curated content to passengers at sea,” said David Purdy, chief revenue officer at Stingray. “Our diverse channel offerings, from chart-topping hits to serene wellness content, are designed to enhance every moment of the journey. This collaboration allows us to reach a new audience and solidify our position as a leading provider of entertainment for all travel environments.”
