Advil breaks new campaign

Consumer health company Haleon, the new over-the-counter products subsidiary of pharmaceutical company GSK, has begun a promotion for a new product called Advil Plus Acetaminophen. The campaign consists of television commercials, out-of-home executions, digital materials, social media content, media relations, influencer activities and in-store executions. The campaign was developed by Publicis, Taxi, Edelman and Cast.

The TV component consists of 15-second executions in English and French. Billboards will run at Yonge-Dundas Square in Toronto, Robson Street in Vancouver and a Montreal subway station. Bilingual six- and 10-second video ads will run on Facebook. Digital will run on Instagram, Twitter and digital flyer mobile application Flipp. Banners will also run on The Score’s mobile application. Shopper marketing will take place in Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall and Familprix.
