New president, managing director at Broken Heart Love Affair

Broken Heart Love Affair of Toronto has promoted Rachelle Claveau to the position of president and Joline Matika to that of executive vice-president and managing director. Claveau joined the agency in 2023 as executive vice-president and managing director. Prior to that, she was president of Publicis Montreal and president of FCB Montreal. Claveau also held a series of position at Cossette, most recently vice-president and business lead.
Matika was previously senior vice-president of people and operations at the agency. Prior to that, she was vice-president of client success at Republic. Matika was also a group account director at KBS+ Toronto and a senior account director at Capital C.
