Samsung readies soccer campaign

Samsung Canada has formed a promotional agreement with soccer player Ismaël Koné of the Canadian men’s national team. Koné will appear in a soccer-themed marketing campaign to promote the company’s new line of Micro RGB television sets. It will highlight the immersive nature of the technology, with a focus on sports broadcasts. Samsung is the official TV and mobile sponsor of Canada Soccer.
