Samsung begins SmartThings promotion

Samsung Canada has begun a promotion in support of its SmartThings connected home product line. As part of the promotion, the company has redesigned its retail location in the CF Toronto Eaton Centre shopping mall to recreate a living room, home office, home gym and kitchen, incorporating products from the line.

The promotion also includes a trivia contest featuring nine influencers and media personalities. Consumers can also enter the trivia contest until Aug. 13 for a chance to win a Samsung prize package valued at $13,000. The contest is being promoted with an online video. The initiative was developed by Gamelancer, with media work by Starcom, experiential elements by Mosaic, CRM by Track and public relations by North Strategic.
