New CCO at Mosaic

Mosaic of Toronto has promoted Jef Moore to the position of senior vice-president and chief creative officer for North America. Moore joined the agency as a copywriter 12 years ago and was most recently vice-president and executive creative director. He has also worked at Influence Marketing.
Marisa Faustino and Dan Berzen have been promoted from creative director to group creative director. James Kirchner and Matt Camara have joined the firm as creative directors. Darren Marranca has been hired as an associate creative director. Julia McCrae has been hired as a senior designer.
