KFC begins Sandwich of the Day campaign

KFC Canada has begun a campaign promoting its “Five Dollar Sandwich of the Day” special offer. The initiative consists of online video, social media content, out-of-home advertising and digital content on the fast food chain’s website and mobile application. The creative continues to use the themes established in the chain’s recent “Not Everyone’s Happy” campaign.
“In a time of inflation and increasingly rising food costs, we want to make crave-worthy and quality sandwiches more affordable and accessible to Canadians this summer,” said Katherine Bond-Debicki, chief marketing officer at KFC Canada. “We expect this deal to ruffle some feathers, but, for us, it’s about bringing finger licking good food and prices to our fans.”
