Shopping mall advertising firms Neo Advertising and Traffic have merged their operations to form a new company called Neo-Traffic. The new firm will offer a combined inventory of digital signs and static displays at 105 Canadian shopping malls. The company will also combine their sales staff in Toronto and Montreal, and plans to open a new office in Vancouver. "In merging these two companies specialized in shopping center advertising, we become the only Canadian company able to offer a dedicated mall media solution with immediate market entry to all owners of shopping centers," said Benjamin Mathieu, CEO of Neo Advertising North America. "Not only do we have the know-how and the financial means to support our proposition, but we also benefit from the strength of our mutual professional experience."
