Neo-Traffic adds one, promotes one

Toronto-based out-of-home media company Neo-Traffic has promoted Ivana Costantini to the position of director of sales. She joined the firm in 2017 as a senior account manager. Prior to that, she was manager of business development at Astral Out-of-Home, a senior account director at Zoom Media and a senior account executive at Corus Entertainment.
Eric Menzies has been appointed to the position of vice-president of sales and marketing. He was most recently a media, marketing and sponsorships condultant at Eventhaus Sports & Entertainment. Prior to that, he was head of marketing and partnerships at Beach Majors and vice-president of sales at Impax Media. He was also sales director for street furniture advertising and retail sales director at Astral Out-of-Home.
