Astral Media Outdoor adds staff

Astral Media Outdoor of Toronto has appointed Eric Menzies to the position of retail sales manager. He was previously the general manager for Ontario and western Canada at Traffic Communications. Nigel Osborne joined the firm as production and media creativity manager. He was previously the general manager of the RoadSide TV Network. Heidi Ferris has been appointed marketing manager. She was most recently sales and marketing director at Kontent Group. Steve Young has been hired as a national account manager. He was previously an account executive at CanWest MediaWorks. The company has also hired six account managers for it newly-created retail sales division: Celine Brathwaite, formerly of Zoom Media; Adam Turner, formerly of Dolce Publishing; Linda Andrade, formerly of Netmedia; Jessica Shostack, formerly of Matchstick; Joseph Kispal, formerly of Traffic Communications; and Gabriel Dunlop, formerly of Outdoor Broadcast Network. Milena Smodis has been appointed group manager of Astral Media Mix in Toronto.
