Neo Advertising and Traffic Communications adds four

Toronto-based out-of-home media company Neo Advertising and Traffic Communications has hired Joseph Kispal as sales director for Ontario and western Canada. He has previously worked at Media Alternatives, IMA Outdoor, Traffic Communications and Astral Outdoor. Darren Spratt has joined the company as a senior account executive. He was previously at Spark Media and Zoom Media. Steve Young has also been hired as a senior account executive. He was most recently at Astral Outdoor. Ashlee Utterback has been hired to handle regional business development in Alberta and British Columbia. She will work in the company's recently-opened Vancouver office. Utterback was previously at CityTV.
