Media Alternatives adds two

Media Alternatives of Toronto has hired Darren Spratt as sales director of its out-of-home division. Spratt was previously a senior account executive at Neo Advertising. He has also worked at Spark Media and Zoom Media. Neil DeGasperis has joined the company as an account executive. He was previously an account executive at Zoom Media.
