Newad hires one, promotes one

Newad has hired Kim Steiner as Alberta sales manager. She was previously a regional advertising consultant for Rawlco Radio. She has also worked at Corus Radio, Rogers Radio and Canadian Broadcast Sales. David Vance has been promoted to the position of Ontario sales manager for indoor advertising. He was most recently a senior account executive for indoor advertising. He has also worked at Canwest and Media Alternatives.
