WestJet breaks new Moments campaign

Calgary-based airline WestJet has begun a new advertising campaign that depicts the experiences of employees assisting the company's customers. The campaign, called "Moments," is a new phase in an ongoing initiative launched in 2005. It includes a series of commercials that will air on national television and theatres, as well as online, digital and print advertising. It will run until June 29. "Every year we receive thousands of emails and letters from our guests telling us how WestJetters went out of their way to make their experience extra-special," said Lauri Feser, marketing vice-president at WestJet. "I am especially proud of this campaign because it's all about our WestJetters who bring their caring attitude to work every day."
