ING Direct sends online marketing work to GWP

Financial company ING Direct has assigned GWP Brand Engineering of Toronto its online marketing in Canada and the US. GWP has worked for ING Direct in Canada since 1996, when it helped launch the brand in this country. The agency is currently responsible for the brand in North America. "The decision to bring GWP's strategic thinking to our online work was based on their innate understanding of the ING Direct brand," said Mark Deep, head of marketing at ING Direct Canada. "They know that our brand is a promise that needs to be fulfilled consistently across all customer interactions, and now they can help us deliver that unique experience online as well.
