Toronto-based Lowe Roche has promoted Marie-Lise Campeau and Jeff Dack to the position of co-president. Campeau will also hold the position of chief operating officer, while Dack will also continue as chief strategy officer. Campeau joined Lowe Roche in 2011 and became managing director in 2013. Prior to that, she was spent nine years as vice-president and national client leader at Cossette. Dack joined the agency in January. Prior to that, he was a marketing executive at Jamieson Vitamins.
