Media Group buys half of Pompe Media

Media Group, parent company of out-of-home media company Neo-Traffic, has signed an agreement to purchase 50% of Pompe Media. The Montreal-based company specializes in digital video advertising displays at gas stations and convenience stores. Pompe Media’s inventory currently consists of 100 screens on pumps at 12 Quebec gas stations, as well as indoor screens at 50 convenience stores. According to the company, this transaction is intended to support future national expansion.

“This partnership will enable PMI to enter a significant development phase at the national level,” said Ismael Alaoui, CEO of Pompe Media. “Our association with Neo-Traffic offers natural commercial and operational synergies for our company.”
