Vancouver Aquarium conducts holiday campaign

The Vancouver Aquarium recently retained Will of Vancouver to develop a holiday season campaign called “Soak up the Season.” The effort encourages consumers to visit the attraction during the holidays, with a focus on the aquarium’s upcoming events. These include daily dives with Scuba Clause, a jellyfish snow globe display, a Christmas tree powered by electric eels. The campaign, which will run until Jan. 5, includes digital posters in shopping malls and cinemas, as well as out-of-home advertising and social media activities.
“The aquarium has a very clear point of difference that we wanted to call out in a fun and festive way, to let people know there is a more unique offering for friends and family wanting to get in the holiday spirit,” said Lisa Lebedovich, creative director at Will.
