Pasha Brands adds four

Vancouver-based cannabis company Pasha Brands has recently added four new staff members. Gill Polard has joined the firm as social media manager. She was most recently the founder an publisher of print property The Her(B) Life. Polard was also communications manager at Lift Resource Centres and director of sales and marketing at Matraea Trading.

Chet Woodside has been hired as a digital consultant. He was previously product director of The Georgia Straight, as well as founder and product director of Innovent. He has also worked for Small Business BC, Cosmicblend Studios, 49Research and Make WordPress.

Emerald Asuncion has been appointed to the position of culture coordinator. She was previously head of cannabis patient education, outreach and advocacy at the BC Compassion Club Society. Prior to that, she was a purchasing team lead at the Vancouver Aquarium and Marine Science Centre.

Amanda Siebert has been hired as content manager. She was most recently a freelance journalist specializing in the cannabis sector. She has also worked for the BC Liquor Distribution Branch, The Georgia Straight and The Emery Weal.
