Neo-Traffic adds four

Out-of-home media company Neo-Traffic has appointed Karen Reynolds to the position of senior account manager in Toronto. She was previously an integrated media account consultant at Postmedia Network. She has also worked at IMA Outdoor, Cieslok Media and Exclusive Advertising.
Brad Hopkins has also been appointed to the position of senior account executive. He was most recently a media sales consultant at Postmedia Network. Prior to that, he was a digital account executive at Cue Digital Media. Hopkins has also worked at The Globe and Mail, Youth Culture Group, Norigen Communications and Yellow Pages Group.
Gina Pappas has joined the company as an account executive. She was previously Canadian director of sales at BizBash. Prior to that, she was at Elegant Wedding magazine and Wedding Essentials magazine.
Georges Weiner has joined the company's office in Montreal.
