Boisvert joins Neo-Traffic

Out-of-home media company Neo-Traffic of Montreal has appointed David Boisvert to the position of sales director. He was most recently vice-president of sales and marketing. Prior to that, David Boisvert was director of sales and digital operations at Postmedia, specifically the Montreal Gazette.
