Novus Canada adds three

Novus Canada of Toronto has appointed Anton Vassiliev to the newly-created position of managing director of strategy and media investments. He was most recently director of product strategy at Bell Media. Prior to that, Vassiliev was director of data and media platforms at Noise Digital and director of business development at Freckle IoT. He was also the co-founder and CEO of Gauge Mobile. He has also worked at Neo-Traffic, 24 Hours, Glacier Media, MacLaren McCann and Young & Rubicam.
Mike Rusk has joined Novus as director of agency partnerships and location-based services. He was most recently director of location-based services as Cadreon. Rusk has also worked at Mindshare and Henderson Bas Kohn.
Hailey Ben-Izhak has been hired as director of media investments. She was previously the co-founder of PartyPix and director of digital sales at Metro News.
