GCI Group promotes three

Toronto-based public relations agency GCI Group has promoted Kim Roman to the position of vice-president in its consumer lifestyle practice. Roman joined the firm as a director in 2006. Prior to that, she worked at McDonald's Canada and Cohn & Wolfe. Laura Cropper has been promoted to the position of consultant in the consumer lifestyle practice. She first worked for the agency as an intern in 2006. Lauren Joakim has been promoted to consultant in the healthcare practice. She also began work at the company as an intern in 2006.
