GCI Group adds one, promotes one

GCI Group of Toronto has hired Kelly Baita as an account supervisor in its consumer department. She was most recently an account director at Kim Graham & Associates. Prior to that, she was a senior consultant at Strategic Objectives.
Rachel Kellogg has been promoted to the position of consultant in the agency's consumer department. Prior to joining the agency in 2015, she was the social media manager at CJ Mercon Productions. She was also a publicist at Laughing Man Productions.
