Neo Advertising buys Digital Advertising Network

Neo Advertising of Switzerland has purchased Montreal-based Digital Advertising Network, an out-of-home company that operates a collection of video displays in the food courts of 66 Canadian shopping malls. The company will continue to use the DAN Media name, but Neo co-founder Christian Vaglio-Giors will become the interim CEO. Further management changes will take place next month. No financial details are available. “The combination of Neo Advertising's know-how and the DAN Media network should quickly make it possible for Neo Advertising to become a major reference in the North American market, a market for which we have great ambitions,” said Vaglio-Giors. Neo Advertising specializes in digital signage at the point of sale, operating approximately 1,000 screens in France, Spain, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland.
