Bell Media promotes three

Bell Media of Toronto has appointed Stewart Johnston to the position of president of media sales, marketing and specialty channel TSN. He was most recently president of TSN, a position he has held since 2010. Johnston will now be responsible for local and national advertising sales for all Bell Media properties, including conventional and specialty television, radio, out-of-home and digital. He will also head the company's in-house creative agency. Outgoing media president Stuart Garvie has become the Canadian CEO of GroupM.

Mike Cosentino has been appointed president of content and programming. He will handle the acquisition of English-language programming for the company's conventional and specialty channels, as well as its CraveTV online service. He will also be responsible for the development of original programming. Cosentino was previously senior vice-president of CTV and specialty television.

Nanci MacLean has been appointed vice-president and head of Bell Media Studios. She will be responsible for the in-house production of conventional and specialty television programs including CTV's Your Morning, The Social, ETalk and The Marilyn Denis Show, as well as programs on specialty channels Discover, Space and others. MacLean was previously vice-president of in-house production.
