Bell Media promotes two, adds one

Bell Media of Toronto has promoted Nanci MacLean to the position of vice-president of media production. She will continue to head the company's in-house production staff for entertainment programming on conventional and specialty television channels.
Justin Stockman has been promoted to the position of vice-president of specialty channels. He will oversee day-to-day management of the company's entertainment specialty brands. Stockman was previously executive director of music and entertainment channels, executive director of marketing for specialty channels and creative director of MuchMusic.
Patrick Jutras has been appointed senior vice-president of Quebec sales at Bell Media Sales in Montreal. He will oversee sales operations for all Bell Media properties in Quebec. He was previously vice-president of sales and marketing at RDS.
