Wendy's breaks national campaign

Fast food chain Wendy's has begun a national advertising campaign promoting the addition of a new menu item called the Spicy Sriracha Chicken Sandwich. The campaign, developed by VML, consists of 15-second television commercials, accompanied by digital ads and social media activities. It also makes use of in-store materials, created by Saatchi & Saatchi, as well as online video and an influencer program. Media planning and buying are being handled by Initiative, with public relations support from Ketchum Canada.
