Adapt Pharma hires Ketchum

Pharmaceutical company Adapt Pharma Canada has retained Ketchum Canada of Toronto as its communications agency. Ketchum will provide communications support for the company's single product, a nasal spray called Narcan for the treatment of opiod overdose. Health Canada recently approved the distribution of the product in this country. Ketchum will work to increase awareness of the product among first responders and other emergency medical personnel. The initiative will include media relations, stakeholder relations, influencer programs and crisis communications.
