Ketchum Change and Daggerwing Group merge

Ketchum of New York has merged its change management division Ketchum Change with Toronto-based management consulting firm Daggerwing Group. The merged entity will operate as Daggerwing Group and will continue to be based in Toronto, where Ketchum Canada is also located. Both companies are subsidiaries of the DAS Group, which is a division of Omnicom Group.

Daggerwing CEO Ewan Main will head the integrated firm, accompanied by president Cheryl Ferguson, COO Matt Sinacori, partner Paul Teuton and Rich Pacheco, vice-president and director of finance. Michelle Mahony will be senior vice-president and North America director, while Gretchen Huestis will be senior vice-president and director for the Asia Pacific region.

"The merger between Ketchum Change and Daggerwing Group further strengthens the depth and scope of services we bring to our clients in Canada," said Emma Capombassis, general manager and director of Ketchum Canada. "Marrying together management consultancy with the art and science of communication means we are uniquely positioned to help clients accelerate growth by optimizing the intersection of business goals, customer needs and employee engagement."
