DDB Canada promoted two, adds seven

DDB Canada of Toronto has promoted Craig Jenkins to the position of executive creative director of its TracyLocke Canada subsidiary. He joined the agency as a creative director in 2016. Prior to that, he was a creative director at Spider Marketing Solutions and a freelancer. Jenkins has also worked at Ryan Partnership and Masev Communications.
Amy Mateer has been promoted to the position of vice-president of client services at TracyLocke Canada. She was previously a group account director. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mateer was a group account director at Geometry Global and an account director at Saatchi & Saatchi.
Graham Candy has joined DDB Toronto as vice-president and head of strategy. He was previously vice-president and head of strategy at Diamond and a strategist at Fresh Squeezed Ideas.
Shelley Waterhouse has been appointed senior vice-president and head of client service at TrackDDB Canada. She was most recently executive head of client services at Aqua/Wunderman South Africa and deputy managing director of OgilvyOne Johannesburg.
Eddy Lee has joined TrackDDB in the newly-created position of senior vice-president of analytics. He was previously vice-president of operations and analytics at The Exchange Lab. Prior to that, he was director of customer intelligence and CRM at Indigo.
Michelle Zucchero has joined DDB Public Relations as a group account director. She was most recently a senior account director at Hill&Knowlton Strategies. Prior to that, she was an account supervisor at MSLGroup and an account manager at Veritas Communications and at Weber Shandwick.
Abby Daez has joined DDB Public Relations as an account supervisor. Mariam Alqasim has joined DDB Toronto as an art director. She was previously a junior art director at Havas Canada. Rebecca Skinulis has joined the agency as a copywriter. She was most recently at Open.
