McCain Foods conducts national cake tour

McCain Foods has begun a national touring promotion for its Deep 'n Delicious line of cakes. The initiative, developed by BStreet Communications of Toronto, makes use of a mobile trailer resembling a piece of cake and promotes the new recipe used by the brand. The trailer will visit a series of summer events, at which promotional workers will distribute approximately 230,000 product samples. The promotion will run until Sept. 2, supported by national out-of-home and digital advertising developed by Taxi. Public relations are being conducted by Veritas. "We all have such fond memories of eating McCain Deep 'n Delicious cakes," said Craig Bond, chief creative officer at BStreet. "Summer is the perfect occasion to take the new recipe on the road to trigger and share fond memories for fans across the country. We want people to know that it's okay  to eat Deep 'n Delicious desserts again."
