John St. promotes two

John St. of Toronto has promoted Kurt Mills and Kyle Lamb to the position of associate creative director. Mills joined the agency in 2008 as a writer. Prior to that, he was a writer at Target Marketing and Communication. Lamb also joined the firm in 2008 as an art director.
