Humanise Collective names first president

Humanise Collective of Toronto has appointed Shari Walczak to the newly-created position of president. She will also remain chief strategy officer of The Garden, which is a member agency of Humanise Collective. Walczak has also worked at Leo Burnett, Cossette, John St. and Zulu Alpha Kilo. Other member firms of Humanise Collective include media agency Glassroom, experiential agency GSM Project, design firm BrandBourg and consulting firm L’Institut Idée.
“While the industry trends toward massive, siloed holding companies, we are betting on the agility of specialized experts,” said Walczak. “We are building a destination for clients who want to cut through complexity with the right blend of intelligence, creativity and strategic rigour.”
