The Garden launches in Toronto

A new creative agency called The Garden has opened in Toronto. The firm was founded by Shari Walczak and Shane Ogilvie, formerly executive planning director and executive creative director at Zulu Alpha Kilo. According to the pair, the agency will work with all of the divisions of a company to develop brand experience, bringing in experts in various fields outside of marketing to address specific problems.
"Our output will be different for every company because it will be based on their individual needs," said Ogilvie. "It could be a brand repositioning or social strategy, or it could involve operational design or customer experience innovations. Because the process starts further upstream, the possibilities are endless. The problem to be solved drives the decision on who's brought in."
