Ikea begins Twelve Days campaign

Furniture retailer Ikea has begun a holiday season campaign called “Twelve Days.” Developed by Rethink, the national campaign depicts the chain as a place to get practical and useful holiday gifts. The creative compares the gifts available at Ikea with the gifts mentioned in the Christmas carol of the same name. The effort includes television, online video, cinema, out-of-home and social media advertising. Media work is being handled by Carat. Ikea is conducting a separate holiday campaign called “Ih, Ké, Ah!” in Quebec.
