Rethink promotes Rajesky

Rethink has promoted Nicole Rajesky to the newly-created position of head of strategy in its New York office. A partner in the agency, Rajesky was previously a group strategy director. She joined the firm in 2020 as a senior strategist and later became strategy director. She was previously a senior strategist at No Fixed Address and Vice Media, as well as a strategist at DDB and Warner Music Group.
Asher Stamell has been promoted from strategy director to group strategy director. Prior to joining Rethink in 2024, he was a strategy director at Droga5 and Mekanism.
