Makrigiannis joins Apex PR

Apex PR of Toronto has appointed Carrie Makrigiannis to the position of senior vice-president and lead of its consumer division. She was most recently a senior vice-president at Citizen Relations. Makrigiannis has also been a vice-president at Proof and an account group director at Cohn & Wolfe.
