OMD promotes one, adds two

OMD Canada has promoted Diana Walter to the position of chief media officer. Walter has been at the agency for 14 years, most recently as head of digital. Prior to that, she was managing director of digital. Cindy Si has joined the agency as a vice-president and client leader. She was previously vice-president of strategy and planning at Carat. Prior to that, Si was director of strategy and planning at Mindshare. Victoria Morris has been appointed to the position of senior director of investments. She was most recently a group account director at Mindshare. Morris was also head of investment at M/Six.
