Havas adds two

Toronto-based Havas Media Group Canada has appointed Peter Papageorgiou to the position of vice-president of digital solutions and performance. He was most recently at CIBC, where he was head of audiences. He has also worked at PHD.
Elizabeth Lem has joined the agency as vice-president, managing director and head of media experience development. She was previously managing director of M/Six, a subsidiary of GroupM. She has also worked at OMD Canada and MediaCom Canada.
