Taco Bell prepares Doritos Locos campaign

Fast food chain Taco Bell is readying a campaign to promote the addition of the Doritos Locos Taco to its menu in Canada. The product consists of a taco with a shell made of Doritos Nacho material. The launch campaign will begin on Sept. 2 and will include television advertising and an online video called "Eat Your Words." The campaign was developed by Grip, with digital and social media work handled by MatchIgnite. In-store materials were created by AMI Group, while MediaCom is handling media buying and Strategic Objectives is conducting public relations. Taco Bell is a subsidiary of Yum Brands.
