Business Development Bank hires Cossette

The Business Development Bank of Canada has again retained Cossette as its marketing agency of record. The assignment includes brand strategy, advertising and media services. Cossette won the account in a public request-for-proposals process. According to the company, Cossette will work to depict the bank as a provider of economic support to entrepreneurs.
