Kantar hires one, promotes one

Kantar Canada of Toronto has appointed Brandon Kirk to the position of vice-president of media measurement growth and strategy. He was most recently principal of Signal and Scale. Prior to that, Kirk was vice-president of client solutions at Rogers Sports & Media and director of sales and global marketing solutions at Spafax.
Kantar has promoted Tim Kibbey to the position of head of its qualitative practice. He joined the company in 2014 as managing director and became senior vice-president of the qualitative practice in 2019. Kibbey was also a vice-president and research director at Cossette, a director at In-Sync Consumer Insights and a group account director at MacLaren McCann.
