Ebay Live launches in Canada

Online shopping website Ebay has launched its Ebay Live service in Canada. The new function allows users to conduct interactive shopping livestreams. The service focuses primarily on collectable merchandise aimed at various fan groups. The Canadian launch will be promoted on Feb. 14 with demonstrations at two fan and collector conventions: Fan Expo Vancouver and the Collectors Supershow Toronto. At each event, rare trading cards will be auctioned. These events will include appearances by hockey players Doug Gilmour and Joseph Woll.
