Remax begins brand campaign

Real estate company Remax Canada has begun a national brand campaign called “The Experts Close to Home.” The out-of-home and digital initiative focuses on the importance of local real estate agents and seeks to convey more “warmth, confidence and community relevance.” According to the company, this represents a shift away from listings and prices toward “human connection.” The campaign was developed by Juliet.
“This is more than a marketing refresh, it’s a storytelling shift,” said Melissa Clemance, vice-president of real estate brand at Remax Canada. “This campaign moves beyond generic stats and big statements, instead showing Canadians why Remax agents are different and how their expertise feels personal, meaningful and rooted in the communities they call home. With ‘The Experts Close to Home,’ we’re celebrating the deep local knowledge, professionalism, and heart our agents bring to every client relationship. This campaign is about showing Canadians who we are, not only as real estate professionals, but as neighbours committed to their success.”
